Bessie Lee Bryant

Funeral service for Bessie L. Bryant, age 94, of Goodwater will be Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11AM at the North Chapel with the Rev. Donald Grice officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 930-11 at the funeral home.

Ms. Bryant passed away December 2, 2020 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Emily L. McDaniel, father: John T. McDaniel, husband: Pharoah Bryant, daughter: Jane Bryant Beavers, sisters: Ola Mae Carden, Mary J. Holmes, brothers: John Lewis McDaniel, Edgar Evans McDaniel , James Earl McDaniel Sr., and granddaughter: Wendy Nicole Bryant.

She grew up in the Rocky Mt. Community, worked at Dixie Color and Avondale Mills and was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Oak Grove.

She is survived by her sons: Raymond B. Bryant (Fay), Michael Ray Bryant (Debbie), sisters: Bobbie Sue Duncan, Bernice Edwards, grandchildren: Brandon Chad Bryant, Christy B. May, James Pharoah Beavers, Allison Rae Bryant, 5 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.curtisandsonfh.com.
