Betty Chatham Logan

Columbiana, AL. - Betty Chatham Logan, age 94, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023. A private graveside service will be held.

Moving from Tuscaloosa in 1949, she spent most of her life in Sylacauga, AL. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she served in the nursery department for 44 years. She also worked with the In-Home ministry, Meals-On-Wheels, and the Care House. She was a member of the Ruth Sunday School class.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Howard Logan; daughter, Glenda Logan Hill; parents, Chester and Lula McPherson Chatham; two brothers, and 1 sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Walters and husband Kyle; son, Danny Logan and wife Janet; two granddaughters, Amanda Haralson and husband Clay, Emily Maloof and husband Adam; five great grandchildren, Warren Haralson, Emmett Haralson, Emma Maloof, Kate Maloof, Whit Maloof; and two brothers, Roy Chatham and Donald Chatham.
