Cowart, 79, will be Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Lee Jones and Wayne Jones officiating.Mr. Cowart died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Columbiana Health and Rehab. Raised in Rockford, Mr. Cowart was a lifelong fisherman. He retired from his career as a security guard and moved to the Lay Dam vicinity to spend the rest of his lift doing what he loved best: fishing.He is survived by his son, Michael Lee Jones; and his sister, Patricia "Patsy" Cashion of Columbiana, AL.
