Carla "Bug" Denise Wallis

Carla is survived by her daughter Anna Horton (Chris); and her son Cain Horton (Melissa); her brother Frankie Wallis (Janet); her grandchildren Amity Horton and Davis Hester, her nephew Jeremy Wallis, her niece Heidi Wallis, her lifelong friend Reva Morris (Butch), her special friend Sharon Freeman and her special friends Joe & Kathy Gill; and numerous nieces and nephews

Carla was preceded in death by her father Howard Wallis and her mother Carolyn Wallis.

A visitation for Carla will be held Friday, May 24, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel. A visitation will occur Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the funeral home with a graveside to follow at 10:00 AM at Marble City Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Thornton and Pastor Michael Britton officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are Caleb Kelley, Craig Kelley, Jonathan Harbin, Kolter Usery, Daniel Wolfe, and Jimmy Hester. Honorary pallbearers are Jeremy Wallis, Reid Wallis and Brian Carpenter.
