Cheryl was preceded in death by her first husband Donald Herman; her father Buddy McDonald and her mother Dorris Laverne McDonald.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Chris Butler; her children Chase Herman (Morgan), Daniel Butler, Dustin Marvin Herman, and Ashley Butler; her godson Jesse McDonald, her grandchildren Waylon Butler, and Kariah Brownfield; her siblings Roger McDonald (Kim), Sherry Bearden (David), Pam Grantham (Larry), Scott McDonald (Tammy) and Kenny McDonald (Debbie); her mother-in-law Katheryn Butler and father-in-law Elbert Butler; her brother-in-law Lee Butler (Cindy) and her sister-in-law Jill McDaniel (Keith).
Cheryl also leaves a host of nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
Cheryl displayed God’s love throughout her life. She was known for her compassionate heart and always putting others first. The world will always be a brighter place because of the impact she had on people.
A visitation for Cheryl will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM with Bro. Freddie Edwards officiating.
Cheryl will be laid to rest in Kahatchee Cemetery, Kahatchee Loop, Childersburg, AL 35044.
