Craig Spencer Roddam

Funeral service for Craig Spencer Roddam, age 45, of Sylacauga will be Friday, October 1, 2021 at 3:30PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Mark Deason officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30-3:30 at the funeral home.

Craig was born on June 15, 1976 to George Roddam and Janet Mann. He was called to his heavenly home on September 29, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center after a long battle with Covid. He was employed by J&M Tank Lines. Craig was BIG on family and loved with his whole heart, he had a heart of gold. He was very excited about becoming a grandfather to a baby girl, Arya Rayne Hallmon, due in December 2021.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Roddam, mother, Janet Mann, step-father, Hoyt Mann, grandfather, Thurman Prince and grandparents, Roland and Beulah Roddam.

Craig is survived by his wife of 25 years, April Roddam, children, Katlyne Hallmon (Bryxton), Chase Roddam, Ashlynn Roddam, grandmother, Marianne Prince, aunts and uncles, Sandra Rice (Harold), Jack Roddam (Beverly), Charlie Roddam (Dianne), sister-in-law, Leah Epperson, 2 nephews, 2 nieces, best friend, James Keeler and a host of loyal other friends.

Pallbearers will be Bryxton Hallmon, Darrius Borden, James Keeler, Robert Harbin, Jon Braswell, Erhen Hicks, Stanley Jones and Ben Tice.
