Donald Omar Maness

Funeral service for Donald Omar Maness will be Friday, February 13, 2026 at 2PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial will follow at Fayetteville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-2 at the funeral home.

Mr. Maness passed away on February 11, 2026 at his residence.

He was preceded preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Irene Maness, brothers, Larry Maness, James Maness, and sister, Janice Mann.

He retired from Kimberly Clark after 33 years and he served in the National Guard for 8 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, He loved Alabama and the Atlanta Braves and could tell the best dad joke ever.

Survivors are his wife: Shirley Maness, daughters: Amanda Walker (Barry), Stephanie Terrell (Allen), son: Tommy Maness (Brittany), step-son: Creed Sawyer (Devan), step-daughter: Kiki Pate (Zeke), brother: Billy Maness (Lori), sisters: Joyce Green, June Faulkner (Ray), Judy Maness, Dean Landers (Glenn), 13 Grandchildren and

4 Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Beck Walker, Daylen Maness, James Maness, Kenneth McDonald, Kevin Ragsdale and Landon Machen
