Glenda Dodd Williams

Glenda is survived by her son Pete Williams (Debbie); her grandchildren Charlie Williams, Christopher Williams (Melinda), Matthew Williams (Kelsey), Taylor Thornton, Addison Thornton, Gracie Ragan, and Abbie Ragan, her great grandchildren Claire Williams, Charlotte Williams, Michael Williams and Joshua WIlliams.

Glenda was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles Rupert "Big Pete" Williams Jr; her son Joshua Thornton; her father Clarence Dodd; her mother Edna Oaks and her step father Chester Oaks; her sisters Sarah Weeks and Laverne Martin; and her brothers Charles Lee Dodd and William Earl Dodd.

A visitation for Glenda will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:30 PM at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Alabama 35115. Glenda will be laid to rest in Alabama National Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Rev. Jeff Harris.
