Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Herman Levoid Phillips, 90, will be Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Mark Ledbetter officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.

Mr. Phillips died Monday, July 24, 2023 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife, Ethylene Phillips; two sons, Max (Margo) Phillips, Tracy (Julie) Phillips; daughter, Christy Phillips; four grandchildren, Matt Phillips, Dan (Dana) Phillips, Lauren Phillips, John Phillips; great-grandchild, Alexus Phillips; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home
