Herschel Bryan Morgan

Herschel Bryan Morgan, age 56 of Sylacauga, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bluff Springs Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Pastor Phillip Grogan officiating. Visitation will be held at the church two hours prior to the service. Herschel will be laid to rest in Bluff Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn Morgan; two daughters, Jessica Hanna and Ashley Stevens (Matt); parents, Herschel Morgan and Faye Morgan of Moody; four grandchildren, Jake Stevens, Emma Dennis, Henley Stevens and John Morgan Adams; sisters, Rhonda Henderson (Dan) and Deborah Faulk (Joe).

Herschel is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sarah Hollingsworth and T.R. Hollingsworth, Ruby Freddy and Bonnie Morgan.

Herschel loved his church and his Lord and was proud of his grandkids.

Pallbearers will be Matt Stevens, Jacob Stevens, John Morgan Adams, Rusty Newton, Will Foster, Steve Haynes, Morgan Early, Michael Roberts, Tony Roberts and Jimmy Kirkland.
