Joseph Edward “Joe” Burnham“I’m Not Giving Up”Sylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Joseph Edward “Joe” Burnham, 86, will be March 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL with Rev. Jimmie Roberts officiating. Mr. Burnham died Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Goodwater Health Care Center. He was a lifetime resident of Talladega County, was a member of Westview Baptist Church and Mt. Zion CME Church and he loved to sing.He is survived by his wife, Betty DeLoach Burnham; sons, Bobby DeLoach, James  Kelly and Lester Hayes; daughters, Melodi Bates, Karrie Liner, Lee Pitts, Cora Thrift, Bonnie DeLee, Sybil Hamilton and Rose Blackmon; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Edna Ruth Duncan; and cousins, Larry Burnham, Larry Jacobs, Kathy Jacobs, Eleanor Harris, Patty Nell Bean, Eugene Burnham, Bobby Burnham and Wally Burnham; Tammy Poe who was like a daughter and Roy Hill, Maron Hill, Mike Cooper who were like brothers.
