Larry Eugene Johnson Jr.

Larry is survived by his wife, Carmen Johnson; his son Larry Johnson III (Kyla); his daughters Meridith Goins (Hunter) and Emily Johnson; his mother Patricia Bevan; his brother Roger Johnson (Amy), his sisters Patricia Alverson (Terry) and Arla Hodgens (Hoyt); and his grandchildren Lila, Loretta, Savannah, Harper, and Samuel.

Larry was preceded in death by his father Larry Johnson Sr..

A visitation for Larry will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, Childersburg, AL, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Larry will be laid to rest in Pleasant Valley Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Deacon Roger Cleckler and Pastor Lee Bevan

Serving as pallbearers are Larry Johnson III, Roger Johnson, Terry Alverson, Hunter Goins, Hoyt Hodgens, Will Hodgens, Barry McCleney and Roger Johnson Jr..
