Linda Wood Holmes, age 71, of Springfield, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Linda was born in Alabama to Margaret Kelly and George Wood.

Linda is survived by her husband, Ted Holmes; her daughters Stephanie Miller Duke, April Stout; and Crystal Holliday; her 6 Grandchildren, her 2 Great Granddaughters, several Brothers and Sisters and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her son Timothy Horton; her father George Wood and her mother Margaret Kelly; and her brother Howard Wood.

A visitation for Linda will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, Sylacauga, AL. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Tallasahatchie Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Pastor Eric Franklin.

Serving as pallbearers are Sam Hardy, Wyatt Hardy, Brantley Duke, Kalub Wood, Anthony Curtis and Jake Nolin.
