Louise McCurley McMahonSylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Louise McCurley McMahon, 85, will be Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Thornton officiatingMrs. McMahon died Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at her residence.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James (Bud) McMahon, brother, Terry McCurley and great-granddaughter, Alexa Belle McMahon.  Louise was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was a friend to everyone she met.  She loved her church, Senior Center and was a longtime member of Coosa Valley Quilt Guild.  She found pleasure cooking, gardening and helping others.  She loved and enjoyed her time she spent at the West Coosa Senior Center.She is survived by her son, Glenn McMahon, fiancé, Kay Martin; daughter, Myra McMahon Vick, husband Timothy Wayne Vick; grandchildren, Shelby McMahon, wife Julie, Brad Vick, wife Tiffany and Daisha Forbus, husband Josh;  great-grandchildren, Cody McMahon, Chase McMahon, Fowler Vick, Fisher Vick and Maggie Forbus and sister-in-law, Elaine McCurley. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.The family would like to send a special thank you to Southern Care Hospice, Deidre Smith, Reshanda Maxwell, Tammy Smith, Jeff Clark and Kelly Hanna.
