Mary L. Cheeks

She is preceded by her husband Charles L. Cheeks, daughter Tammy Allred, and son-in-law Daniel Hamm.

She is survived by Judy Hamm, (Crystal McDonald, Christian, Clayton), Charles L. Cheeks Jr., (Nicki, Cassell, Jakob), Connie Pence, (Jerry, Jason, Christy, Janson, Maci, Richard, McKenzie, Jennifer Schrimsher, Dustin, Skyler), Sandra Hallmark, (Robert, Robert Harrison, Robert), Jeremy Cheeks (Jayla, Trenton, Cole), Sara Allred, (Connor), Michael Allred, (Brandy, Darryl, Dawson).

She was a volunteer of the Childersburg rescue squad. She worked at White Knight for many years. She was a long time resident of Childersburg. She loved her kids and grandkids. She also loved animals and to travel. She was a member of Five Points Baptist Church.

A visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. Mary will be laid to rest in Marble City Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Rev. Paul Hickman.
