Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mr. Holmes died Friday, September 28, 2012 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Keller Holmes and Ida Mae Holmes.He is survived by his sons, Michael Shane Holmes of Alpine, AL and Lance Wayne Holmes of Alabaster, AL: granddaughter, Kalie Lillian Holmes; grandson, Michael Chase Holmes; sister, Judy Green of Stewartville, AL and nephew, Alan Green of Stewartville.
