Myrtie "Elaine" Brown

Elaine is survived by her son Brian Collier (Nicole); and her daughter Beverly Turner (Tim); her sisters Jeanette Hickman and Glenda Bryant; her grandchildren Nathan Collier, Bailey Collier, Brooklyn Collier, Misty Hodges (Keith), and Jeremy Turner (Melanie), her great grandchildren Megan Turner, Matthew Turner and Calliope Collier.

Elaine was preceded in death by her father James Brown and her mother Pauline Brown; her brother Thomas Brown and her sister Patsy Crawford.

A visitation for Elaine will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. Elaine will be laid to rest in Tallasahatchie Cemetery, Sylacauga, AL. All services will be officiated by Rev. Jim Griffin.
