Paul "Coach" AdamsRockford, AL - Funeral service for Paul "Coach" Adams, 85, will be Friday, September 14, 2012 at 12:00 pm at Radney-Smith Chapel. Burial will be in Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL.Mr. Adams died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, AL. He honorably served his country with U.S. Marines during WWII and the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.  He was elected into the Who's Who of America from the Jacksonville State University football team.  He coached high school and professional football in Alabama and Florida for over 30 years.  He was elected into the National High School Sports Hall of Fame as a Football Coach.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Guntersville, AL.He is survived by wife, Deloris Adams of Rockford, AL; sons, Robert Adams, wife Debbie of Orlando, FL and Paul Adams, wife Jackie of Orlando, FL; 4 grandchildren, Dakota, Samantha, Morgan and Paul III.
