Richard Alexander Szczypinski, Jr. was born on November 2, 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland to Richard Alexander Szczypinski, Sr. and Aletha “Sue” Strine Szczypinski. Richard passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Richard was a loving and devoted father, father-in-law, and grandfather.
He is survived by his loving son, Brien-Todd Alexander Szczypinski, daughter-in-law, Kennedy Szczypinski, and his beautiful and adoring grandchildren, Brice Alexander Szczypinski, Sadie Grace Szczypinski, and Rylie Kate Szczypinski.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Alexander Szczypinski, Sr. and his mother Aletha “Sue” Strine Szczypinski.
Richard was a graduate of Chesapeake High School in Baltimore, Maryland and enlisted in the United States Army following graduation. Richard served his nation for two years. After having served his country, Richard relocated to Sylacauga, Alabama in 1991. He was employed by Atlas Web Technologies.
Richard enjoyed spending time with his family and hunting in his free time.
He will truly be missed by those who knew and loved him.
