Sylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Robert James Cook, 77, will be Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery with Dr. Wayne McDaniel officiating.
Mr. Cook died October 19, 2020 at Russell Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Annie Bell Cook, and a grandchild, Chase Wilder.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa Cook; two daughters, Tabitha Cook of Huntsville, Nikita (Andrew) James of Sylacauga; son, Trederick Cook of Sylacauga; five siblings, John Cook Jr. of Toledo, OH., Herbert (Mildred) Cook of Detroit, MI, Dorothy Cook of Sylacauga, Sandra Whetstone of Detroit, MI, David (Kathy) Cook of Birmingham; four grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "come to ME". With tearfull eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away.
