Ronald Edward ColeRockford, AL - Funeral service for Ronald Edward Cole, 74, will be Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Camp, Rev. David Mann and Brandon Baird officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Weogufka, AL.  Mr. Cole will lie in state one hour prior to the service at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.Mr. Cole died Friday, November 19, 2010 at his residence.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Holland and Alice Cole and his brothers, Marvin Sinkler and Gerald Sinkler.  He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and Second Baptist of Weogufka.  He was a member of the Navy Amateur Radio Club and a Life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.  At his church he was head usher, discipleship teacher and an Adult Class teacher.  He is survived by his wife, Sheila Cole of Rockford, sons, Donny Cole of Silverdale WA, Gary Cole, wife Bridget of Thomas, OK,  Keith Cole, wife Carol of Sylacauga, William Humphrey, wife Kim of Carson City, NE and James Humphrey, wife Olivia of Carson City, NE; daughters, Sherry Jones, husband Bryan of Lake Havasu, AZ, Debbie Champion, husband Kevin of Sunny Valley, OR, Tina Soares, husband Mike of  Dixon, CA, Tisia Meade, husband Tim of Grants Pass OR, Tammy Hughes of Grants Pass, OR and Sherry Humphrey of Fairfield, CA, brothers, Gene Sinkler of Cadillac, MI and Larry Sinkler of Mancelona, MI and his sister, Ruth Ann Barnes of Mesick, MI.  He has 43 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Jimmy Culver, Gary Cole, Keith Cole, Gene Sinkler, Bill Humphrey and Jim Humphrey.  Honorary pallbearers will be Ralph Goswick, John Embry, Cliff Pody, Sonny Bearden, Gene Kelley and Bain Culver.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the service.
