Sarah Nannette Ellis Murphy

Funeral service for Sarah Nannette Ellis Murphy, age 76, of Sylacauga will be Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial will follow at Tallasahatchie Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Murphy passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by parents, Claude Albert Ellis and Sadie Filo Ellis, son, Clyde E. Murphy and brothers, Tooney Ellis and Tommy Ellis. She was retired from the Sylacauga Board of Education as a Bus Driver.

She is survived by her Husband: Clyde G. Murphy, Daughter: Angela Murphy, Son: Johnathan Vanzant,

Brother: Bruce Ellis (Carolyn), 4 Grandchildren, Jessica Benefield, Johnathan Vanzant, Jamie Murphy and Zandie Murphy and 11 Great Grandchildren, McKenzie Vanzant, Makayla Pardue, Ryan Vanzant, Brittany Pardue, Remi Vanzant, Austin Murphy, Hunter Murphy, Aliyah Pace, Brentley Murphy.
