Shannon Nicole Nighman

Sylacauga, AL - A memorial service for Shannon Nicole Nighman, 35, will be Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Radney-Smith Chapel with Chaplain Will Runyon officiating.

Mrs. Nighman died Sunday, July 11, 2021 at UAB Hospital. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard Nighman.

She is survived by her wife, Lesley Nighman; three children, Lanie Harmon, Lucas Harmon, Austin Harmon; parents, Michael and Nicole Nighman; sibling, Kyle (Lizzy) Nighman; nieces and nephew, Alaina, Carter, Abby; grandparents, Rita Rowan, Michele Wittrup and Neil Wittrup; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was a caring person, who loved her family. She loved to dance, and would always dance as if no one was watching. Shannon was a Registered nurse and worked in Intensive Care throughout her career. She was an amazing, caring nurse.
