Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Shirley Marie Thornburg, 75, will be Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Kenny officiating.

Mrs. Thornburg died Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda "Susie" Hyatt, parents, J.C. & Aundrie McMichael, brother, Melvin McMichael, and brother, Jimmy McMichael.

She is survived by her husband, James H. Thornburg; two sons, Jeff (Cheryl) Thornburg, Scott (Carla) Thornburg both of Sylacauga; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Perkins; and three brothers, Larry McMichael, Windle McMichael, and Billy McMichael.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
