Rockford, AL. - Funeral services for Billy Woodfin, 84, will be Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Jeff Hardy officiating. A visitation will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150.
Billy Woodfin died Sunday morning August 4, 2024 at his residence. Billy was an avid deer hunter and a believer in Jesus Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Margie Woodfin; and brothers, Terry Woodfin and Timmy Woodfin.
He is survived by his wife, Geane Woodfin; son, Lantz Woodfin; daughters, Deedra Mullennix (Clark), Tina Pope (Duane), Desiree Bailey (Michael); seven grandsons and four granddaughters; twelve great-grandchildren and one on the way; and one sister, Theresa Hughes.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Burial will follow at Mt Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, 14553 Coosa County Rd 29, Weogufka, AL 35183, across the road from the Coosa Wildlife Management Area Checking Station.
