Sylvania- Billy Edgon Lovett, age 70, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Candler Hospital in Savannah. He was born in Screven County, worked for Delta Airlines for 32 years as a service agent and was a member of Jackson Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his Parents: John Willie & Rose Bazemore Lovett.

Survivors: Wife: Betty J. McCannon Lovett of Sylvania; Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Wendy Fay & Chris Tavormina of Lawrenceville, GA and Leslie Lynn & Shawn Lemly of Acworth, GA; Sons and Daughter-In-Law: John Jason & Leighann Lovett of Rincon, John Eddie Hodges of Newington; Step-Daughters and Son-In-Law: Rhonda Y. & Benny Burgess of Watkinsville, GA and Lori Denise Kittle of Houston, TX; Step-Son and Daughterj-In-Law: Randy Gregory & Teresa Kittle of Athens, GA; Sister and Brother-In-Law: Athelon L. & Charles Herrington of Sylvania; 16 Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Friday, November 02, 2012 at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Memorial Services: Saturday, November 3, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. at Jackson Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph Dixon, Jr. officiating.
