Cecelia Anne Price Long

Sylvania – Cecelia Anne Price Long, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was born in Waynesboro, GA to the late Emory Madison & Kathleen Camilla Burns Price and was a member of Rocky Ford United Methodist Church. She was a Registered Nurse having worked for Dr. Q.A. Mulkey and Dr. A. P. Mulkey for many years and also worked for 20 years at Bethany Home in Millen, GA. She also loved the beach, her birds and flowers. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband: Olan Parker “Trixie” Long, Jr.; Sister: Mary Margaret Bowling.

Survivors: Daughter: Mary-Margaret Long of Rocky Ford, GA; Sons and Daughters-In-Law: David Emory & Tina Reddick Long of Sylvania, Olan Parker, III & Dusty Long of Portal, GA and James Darsey & Cindy Long of Rocky Ford; Grandchildren: Amanda Jayne Long of Sylvania and McKenzie Ann Long of Portal, GA; Step-Grandchildren: Maddison McKanna of Portal, GA, Jeb Register of Charleston, SC and Taylor Register of Atlanta, GA; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Friday, March 25, 2016 at 1:30 PM until 3:00 PM, at the Rocky Ford United Methodist Church.

Funeral Service: Friday, March 25, 2016, at 3:00 PM at the Rocky Ford United Methodist Church with Rev. Ricky Varnell and Rev. Jean Sturdivant officiating. Burial in Scarboro Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Larry Lee, David Lee, Jay Williams, Jeb Register, J.C. Warren, Mike Markovic. Honorary Pallbearers: Congregation of Rocky Ford United Methodist Church.
