Donald A. Purvis

SYLVANIA, GEORGIA

Mr. Donald Allen Purvis, Sr., 48, of Sylvania, died Friday evening, July 24, 2015, at Optim Medical Center--Screven in Sylvania following a sudden illness.

He was born, April 28, 1967, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert Carol and Mary Evelyn Johnson Purvis. He was a construction worker by trade.

Survivors include: His wife, Terry Mincey Purvis of Sylvania, Daughters, Caitlyn Nicole Purvis of Millen, GA, and Maddison Grace Sousa of Sylvania, a son, Donald Allen Purvis, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois, Sisters, Penny Nesmith, Pam Thurston and Patty Nesmith all of Lakeland, Florida, and Glenda Striplin of Glennville, GA, Brothers, Chuck Purvis and James Purvis both of Lakeland, Florida, 7 Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

No services are planned for Mr. Purvis at this time.
