Hilda Sybil Reddick Griffin

Sylvania – Hilda Sybil Reddick Griffin, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro, GA. She was born in Screven County, GA, to the late Julius Albert & Letha Bazemore Reddick. She was a homemaker and a member of Hurst Baptist Church. She married the late Robert “Robbie” Thomas Griffin on November 6, 1948. They were married for 62 wonderful years. She also loved her family and friends.

Survivors: Daughter: Marsha G. Carroll of Sylvania; Son and Daughter-In-Law: Thomas Albert & Deanne D. Griffin of Sylvania; Grandchildren: Will Griffin of Shelby NE, Daniel Griffin of Sylvania, Benjamin Griffin of Decatur, GA, Leatha C. DeLoach of Hiltonia and Monica C. Bohannon of Hiltonia; Great-Grandchildren: Lauren DeLoach, Luke Bohannon and Lily Bohannon, all of Hiltonia and Alice Griffin of Shelby, NE.

Graveside Services: Friday, August 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Screven County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. George Pevey officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the cemetery.
