Sylvania – Linda Kay Rackley Parrott, age 71, passed away at Georgia Regents Hospital in Augusta, GA, on Thursday, March 2, 2017. She was born in Glynn County, GA to the late Guy O’Neal & Bernice Clayton Rackley. She was a homemaker and was of Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter: Deana Lyn Parrott; Brothers: Glen Rackley, James Rackley and Robert Rackley.

Survivors: Husband: Ronald Elton Parrott of Sylvania; Daughter: Dawn P. Fagre of Somerset, MA; Sisters: Grace R. Pressey of Statesboro and Sandra R. Waters of Sylvania; Grandson: David Jonathan (Jamie) Arnold; Great-Grandchildren: Emma Lyn Grace Arnold and Trace Weston Arnold; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cail Pressey officiating. Burial following at Little Horse Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. .

Pallbearers: Alan McKinney, Chris Lewis, David Arnold, Alex Kemp, Matt Thompson and Ethan McMillan.
