Its been over a year and I still think about you, you were a great man with a heart of gold! Bridget and I miss you dearly and love you! Thanks for being an awesome person!

I gonna miss you and Kirk picking and gaining up on me! Even though at the time I'd get frustrated, lol. I miss and love you granddaddy! We'll see you again, never a good bye, but a good night! <3

My Grandaddy was not a saint, but he was my saint.  He was not a rich man, but he gave all that he had to help those less fortunate or down on their luck.  He was not a teacher, but he taught so many so much.  There are many things my Grandaddy was not; but he was everything to me.   Until we meet again...

Thanks to a special man who was at times like a father figure to me. We had many good times hunting and fishing together. He got me into the IW's and I made a career of it. Because of him, many a building over the last 30 years in Savannah's Skyline has work done out with pride by me. May God Rest and Bless his Soul....and have plenty of hunting dogs to keep him happy!

My husband  has shared many outrageous stories of his adventures with his Uncle Billy.  He was a father figure who  gave his time and dedication unselfishly.  My father, an avid sportsman, recently passed; they are both hunting the big game in the wind. God bless you Uncle Billy.

So sad to hear the news of Uncle Billy's passing...I have many fond memories and stories of my visits with the family in Hunters when I was a little girl from Guyton...playing in the barn and fields, swimming at Blue Springs, showers between the blankets on the clothesline and so many more.. there were very few children in our big clan that didn't spend time at their house and we all loved it.....he was always special too me!!!..Praying for Gods Grace and Peace to envelope all of my loved ones at this time of sorrow.....Love to all, Ruthie

I only have good memories of Mr. Billy, I sure am sorry to hear about his passing. He was a good man, my thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. He sure was one of a kind.

We are sure gonna miss you Billy!! He and my husband Gaines Smoak was great friends and had been for many years! They were what we called long time fox hunting buddies!! R.I.P Billy! So sorry for y'alls loss and you all are in our thoughts and prayers!!

Mr. Billy was an happy man who loved life, he was kind to everyone. I am going to miss him dearly.  He was like a grandfather to me and my daughter. We love your family and hope that in your grief your remember all the happy times and smile when you think of him always!
