Clarke - Theresa Anne, of Syosset NY on March 23, 2014, age 13. Beloved daughter of John and Josephine, younger sister of John and Thomas, granddaughter of Carl and Anna Marretta and John Anthony and the late Theresa Clarke. Adored niece, great-niece and cousin. Theresa was a confident, loving and warm young girl who touched many in her short time with us. She loved her family and friends whole heartedly. In her passing and with the grace of her selfless parents, Theresa will bring the gift of life and sight to others through organ donation. Our 'TT' was the light of our lives. Her sudden passing has left us broken hearted. When you think of Theresa please remember the joy she gave us all and not this heartache. Rejoice in all the good she brought to many in her short years with us.
