Arturo Belcore, 76, of Syracuse passed away Monday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Italy he resided in Syracuse for 38 years. Arturo worked for Meloon Foundries for 10 years as a factory worker. He was predeceased by his grandson, Eric Belcore; four brothers and two sisters.
Arturo is survived by his beloved wife, Rosa Troise Belcore; daughter, Gabriella (Viado) Mangovski; sons, Domenick (Terese) Belcore, Sr. and Neil Belcore; grandchildren, Arthur Belcore, Domenick Belcore, Jr., Sonya Mangovski and Stefanie Mangovski; great-granddaughter, Rosella Belcore and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Pompei / St. Peter Church, 301 Ash Street.
Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
