

Igino Bortoloni, 60, of Liverpool, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born in Casanova, Italy and has lived in the Syracuse area since 1966. He was presently employed by G.A. Braun and was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church. He was the Treasurer and a member of the Italian Association at St. Peter’s Church. He is predeceased by his parents, Alessandro and Elisabetta Bortoloni; his sister, Bianca Duca, brother, Augusto Bortoloni and mother-in-law, Giovanna Petrera.
Survivors: His wife of 36 years, Maria Petrera Bortoloni; daughters, Elisabetta (Christopher) Metot of Cicero and Giovanna Bortoloni of Liverpool; son, Alessandro (Kristin) Bortoloni of North Syracuse; sisters, Beatrice (Mariano) Ferraro of Italy, Giuliana (Giuseppe) Nozzolillo of Liverpool, Margherita (Lucio) DiTota of Liverpool; brother, Andrea Bortoloni; father-in-law, Vittorio Petrera of North Syracuse; grandchildren, Gino, Theresa Bortoloni and Maria Metot; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many sisters and brothers-in-law.
