Margaret Ware

Margaret Ware, 75, of Syracuse, passed away Monday. Born in Georgetown, SC, she resided in Syracuse for 54 years. Margaret was a Nurse’s Aide at Loretto Nursing Home and a foster grandparent for the Syracuse City School District. She was an active member of Pentecostal Evangelical Baptist Church and a volunteer at Central Park Nursing home. Predeceased by her husband, George Ware in 2008.

Survivors include her children, Marilyn Dozier of Myrtle Beach, Michael Jenkins and Cynthia Jenkins, both of Syracuse, Bobby Jenkins of Tulsa, OK, and Ronald Lowe of Syracuse; sister, Florence LeFever of Yonkers, NY; brother, Bosie Dozier of White Plains, NY; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service: Saturday 11 A.M. at Pentecostal Evangelical Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hour: Saturday 10-11 A.M. at the church, 1650 South State Street, Syracuse, NY 13205.
