

Pearline E. Campbell, 79, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by her family and friends. Born in St. Ann's Parish, Jamaica, West Indies, Pearline was a long time resident of Syracuse. She retired from Crouse Hospital in 1992 after 29 years as a Nursing Assistant, but will be remembered best as loving wife, a devoted mother and grandmother, and a treasured friend to all who knew her. Mrs. Campbell was predeceased by her husband James D. of Syracuse.
She is survived by her children, Sonia Williams of Syracuse, Glenn of Albany, and Kyaron of Syracuse, along with her 3 grandchildren, Richard Williams, Alyssa Campbell, and McKenzie Mathews.
Calling hours will be Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 10 -11am at the Prince of Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 317 E. Jefferson Street, Syracuse, with funeral services immediately following. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery.
