Ramone D. Madera, 23, took the hand of the Lord on Wednesday. A life resident of Syracuse he graduated from Nottingham High School and attended Alfred State. He is survived by his mother, Deborah Holmes; father, Robert Madera, Jr.; grandmother, Erma Knight; brothers, Robert Madera, III and Rico Madera; sisters, Yvonne L., Nedra, Lafania, Tyra and Deborah Madera; girlfriend, Cimone Billue; many relatives and friends. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with funeral services to follow at noon at the United Baptist Church, 718 South Beech St., Syracuse. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
