Raymond “Kelly” Auwae, of Syracuse passed away suddenly on Saturday after a long illness. He was born in Hilo Hawaii, and was a graduate of Assumption Catholic Academy. He was employed at Wegman’s for 28 years. Raymond leaves behind a daughter, Jade M Auwae; grandson, Avyon M. Murray; mother, Ann A. Auwae; brother, Matthew M Auwae; sister, Mary M. (John) Winchell; three nieces, five nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling Hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Park St., with a service to follow. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center Foundation or American Cancer Society.
