Vuong Thi Bui

Vuong This Bui, 87, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Vietnam, she resided in Syracuse for 15 years. Vuong was a communicant of Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter’s Church. Predeceased by her husband, Dien H. Bui in 2005.

Survivors: her five daughters, Phuongdao Bui, Bichdao Bui, Anhdao (Trinh Pham) Bui, and Thuydao Bui, all of Syracuse, and Dongdao (Truongson) Bui of Vietnam; three sons, Dzoanh (Tuyet Van) Bui and Hung (Quynh Nhu) Bui, both of Vietnam, and Dzung (Hong Hieu) Bui of Syracuse; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services: Saturday 8:15 a.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 9 a.m. in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter’s Church.

Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Calling hours: Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 park Street, Syracuse.
