Sybil Griffin passed away on May 5, 2011, at the age of 84. She was a former resident of Taft, Texas, but has lived in Corpus Christi, Texas, for many years. Sybil was born March 9, 1927, to M. H. and Grace Morgan in Benton, Arkansas. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Griffin was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Griffin. She is survived by her son, Don Griffin of Round Rock, Texas; daughter, Kathy Christoffersen of Omaha, Nebraska; one grandson, Michael Nolen; one granddaughter, Robyn Christoffersen; two great-granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Palms Memorial Gardens in Portland, Texas.
Arrangements were entrusted to Colonial Funeral Home, Taft.
