Denise Renee Greer

Denise Renee Greer was born on January 13th, 1965 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Taylor and Malinda (Beamer) Chuculate. She grew up with four brothers and three sisters, Levi, Donald, Cinda, Michael, Linda, John and Donna. She attended Tribal Schools and later finished her education in Wagoner, OK. This is where she met and married Dwight Greer. She raised a family of one son and five daughters, Diedra, Pamela, Rebecca, Tasha, Dwight, and Mollie, although Denise was a mother to many. She worked as a Certified Nurses Aide most of her life and eventually worked at Walmart. She loved working in her flower garden, frogs, playing games of all types, going to the casino, and most of all she adored her family and especially her grandkids. She was strong willed, determined, took care of everyone around her and compassionate. She passed from this life on February 19th, 2023 at her home, surrounded by those that knew and loved her. She was 58 years old and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, her loved baby girl Mia, two brothers, Donald Chuculate and John Chuculate, one sister, Donna Chuculate, and her grandson, Billy Lord.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Diedra Ward and husband Randy of Tahlequah, Pamela Sequichie of Wagoner, Rebecca Chuculate of Tahlequah, Tasha Cook and husband Mark of Tahlequah, Dwight Greer Jr. and wife Jamie of Barnsdall, and Mollie Scyffore of Tulsa, OK. Her legacy lives on in her twenty-two grandchildren, six great grandchildren, her ride or die for almost forty years, Alma and her road dog Christina. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.

Funeral services for Denise Greer will be held on Monday, February 27th, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Reed-Culver Chapel with her family paying tribute. Her family will receive visitors on Sunday, February 26th, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Reed-Culver Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Barber Cemetery with her family.

Pallbearers for Denise include Mark Cook, Tasha Cook, Dwight Greer Jr, Randy Ward, Stevin Frampton, and Johney Lord II.
