Joel Morgan Wyatt

Born on August 9th, 1981, in Gravette, AR. Joel was the son of the late Brenda Morgan and Arthur Wyatt.

Joel loved spending time with his family and friends, and he loved to reminisce. He had an incredible memory and was very interested in his family heritage and ancestry. Joel loved OU and Notre Dame and enjoyed talking about football. Joel loved growing up close with his two cousins, Matt and Lindsay. The four cousins were always together throughout childhood. Joel had a great sense of humor. As a kid, the group of cousins attended a local vacation bible school in town. Kids were invited to the pulpit at the end of the week and asked what they had learned that week. Joel answered “It ain’t easy being cheesy” in the microphone. The entire church busted out laughing. Joel was very close to his older brother, Kane. They spoke every day regarding a variety of topics. He was truly grateful for his family.

Joel is survived by his brother, Kane Wyatt and wife Sasha, of Tahlequah, OK; his nieces and nephews, Laney, Abby, Luke and Levi; Cousins, Mark and Lindsay Johnson and children Addilyn and Bennett of Norman, OK; and Matt Stallings of Oklahoma City, OK.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Graveside Services Pending.
