She is survived by her children: Brandy Chapman-Perry and her husband, Charles Patrick Perry of Tahlequah, Ok; Steven Charles Nott, Jr. of Seattle, Wa Shaden Ward of Tahlequah, Ok; Daveda Gonzalez and her husband, Julio Gonzalez of Tahlequah; stepson David Ray Ward and his partner, Jerri Ward of Muskogee, Ok; and her loving partner, Steve Nott, Sr., of the home.
Janie was also a proud grandmother of her grandsons: Steven Nott, III of Seattle; Stanley Gonzalez and Jean Perry of Tahlequah; and DJ Ward of Muskogee.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Millie (Winlock)Chapman; father, Clarence Phillips; brothers, Steven Phillips and David Phillips; and her husband, David Allen Ward.
