Stacey Leigh Taylor

Stacey Leigh (Lacy) Taylor was born on October 27, 1986 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The daughter of Jerry Lacy and Pamela Noe. Stacey grew up alongside three brothers and one sister, Samuel, John, Robert, and Leaann. As a child, she grew up and attended schools in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area graduating high school around 2005. Stacey was a lover of arts and crafts of all sorts, including, beading, crocheting, and trying new trends. She really enjoyed fixing up her makeup and painting her nails. Stacey had a loving and affectionate personality, and was so full of life. Shortly after graduating high school, she moved to Oklahoma. Stacey always cherished being a mother and a wife. Her four sons and daughter, Julian, Alex, David, Brandon, and Eliza, were the love of her life. Stacey cherished time spent with her children. Come season time, she enjoyed attending, being involved in their sports activities, practices, games, and events. She was their biggest fan. Stacey was so very proud of her children and all their accomplishments. On October 16, 2021, Stacey married her soulmate and best friend Derrick Taylor. Together they enjoyed making new memories and shared a lot of good times and laughter. She enjoyed time spent with Derrick, swimming, fishing, cruising, watching movies, and going out to eat. The couple built a beautiful life together. Stacey attended and became a proud member of New Mission Baptist Church in Rocky Ford, Oklahoma. As a Christian by faith, she had a big heart and loved helping others. She loved Jesus and her church very much. Stacey will be remembered by all those who knew and loved her, as a loving wife, mother, sister, and daughter.

Those left to cherish her memory and love include her husband Derrick Taylor and children, Julian Madrid, Alex Stenberg, David Chavez Stenberg, Brandon Taylor, and Eliza Stenberg. She also leaves her three brothers, Samuel Stenberg, John Stenberg, and Robert Stenberg, and one sister, Leaann Thomas and

several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Stacey Leigh Taylor will be conducted on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024 beginning at 10:30 AM at Elm Cemetery in Leach, Oklahoma with Pastor Craig Sands officiating.

Pallbearers for Stacey include Derrick Taylor, James Leach, Randall Dozhier, Sam Stenberg, Kyle Thomas, and Dylan Taylor.
