Valerie Wahineaukai Foster-Beaver was born on December 14th, 1952 in Honolulu, HI, the daughter of John Orio and Irene Honey (Konoho) Foster. She grew up in a household with nine brothers and sisters, Manesey, Timothy, Jeffery, Glenn, Diane, Claudette, Minerva, Alison, and Natalie. She graduated high school and decided to start a family and worked as a Room Service Supervisor. She meet and married G.W. Beaver in her home state of Hawaii while he was serviced there as a United States Marine. Together they shared over 30 years. She was very proud of her family of two sons and four daughters, James, Gil, Leticia, Aliciamae, Alana, and Katrina. When she was younger, she enjoyed hula dancing, playing and coaching volleyball, and heading to the kitchen to make Hawaiian specialties for her family to enjoy. She was strong, determined, and always held her children’s interest before her own. She was outgoing and as sunny as the warmest day. She never met a stranger, so you were going to be spoken to, ready or not. She adored her seven grandchildren, and couldn’t wait to see and hold them, and make them her famous breakfast of oatmeal and toast. She liked to spend time on the youtube site, watching videos on everything. A Christian by faith, she was always leaning on God’s understanding. She was a prayer warrior that kept her family close to God for his constant blessing. The Lord called this good and faithful servant home from her eternal rest on November6th, 2017 in Tulsa, with her loved ones by her side. She was 64 years old. She will be greatly missed for all the love and support she offered her many friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her mother, father, two brothers, Timothy K. Foster and Jeffery H. Foster, and one sister, Alison U. Perez.
