Velma Sue Wilson Dunn

Velma met the love of her life Robert J. Dunn and began a 57 year romance on August 30, 1955 in Rogers, AR. Their lives were blessed with two sons Franklin and William Dunn and two daughters Susan Schade and Kelly Sowell. Velma loved her family and getting to spend time with her grandchildren. She had a big heart that helped her to be a wonderful mother and wife. Velma enjoyed passing the time by working crosswords, cooking, or watching cooking shows. She is remembered by those that new her best as being very stylish and never caught wearing just plain everyday jeans. Velma Sue was an amazing women that will be missed by everyone that had a chance to know her.

Velma is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Doris Ennis.

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband Robert J. Dunn of the home, two sons; Franklin Dunn and William Dunn of Tahlequah, OK, two daughters; Susan Schade of Taneyville, MO and Kelly Sowell of Mounds, OK, one brother; Billy Wilson of Park Hill, OK, one sister; Floy Jean Brady of Moore, OK, 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, as well as a host of other family and loved ones.
