Alice Ginsberg Schreiber passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 7th after an extended illness.
Alice moved to Tallahassee in 1981 where she served her community as the librarian for the Florida District Court of Appeals. Alice had been a member of both Shomrei Torah and Temple Israel and served as a former president of Hadassah.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Samuel Johanan Schreiber.
She will be remembered by her children, Sherrie (Jim) Mendelson of Tallahassee, FL, Martha Schreiber of Oakland, CA, Michael Schreiber of St. Louis, MO, and Bobette Schreiber of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Heather, Jeffrey, Zachary, Zachariah, and Norton; great-grandchildren, Lena, Karen, and Davis.
A celebration of her life will be held graveside at Culley's MeadowWood Memorial Park on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 1:00 pm.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home in Tallahassee, Florida.
