Services will be 10 a.m., May 21, 2011 at Greenwood Cemetery in Orlando, Florida.
Ms. Brame was born in Orlando , Florida, daughter of Eugene & Myrtle Speer. She lived most of her adult life in Sarasota, Florida, where she was President of the Junior League and a member of the Medical Auxillary. She also resided in Boca Raton and Hollywood, Florida before moving to Tallahassee.
Barbara is survived by her son Gary Brame of Bartlett, Tennessee; daughter Carole Duncanson of Tallahassee, Florida, granddaughter Shannon Duncanson; and sister Betty Jean Chittum of Charleston, South Carolina.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations to Big Bend Hospice , Tallahassee, Florida; American Lung Association ; or Joe DiMaggio’s Children Hospital , Hollywood, Florida.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, FL.
