Wife of 32 years Elsie Fitzpatrick three Sisters, Sharon Fitzpatrick of New Albany, Ohio, Joanne (Roy Hurst of Lorain, Ohio, and Yvonne Fitzpatrick of Las Vegas, Nevada; two brothers, Jordan (Tracy) Fitzpatrick of Manassas, Virginia, and Phillip of Lorain, Ohio. He is also survived by three sons, Carl of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Carleton of Oberlin, Ohio and Ralph (Carla) of Westerville, Ohio; four daughters, Sylvia Hall-Davis, Long Beach, California, Janet (Ron) Hall-Howard of Atlanta, Georgia, Victoria Blackmon of Houston, Texas, and Korissa (Lawrence) Jones, of Compton, California 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren
