Carole went back to school in 1969 and received her high school diploma. She worked for Southern Bell for 20 years in Texas, Georgia and Florida. While living in Tallahassee she was a secretary at Faith Baptist Church. She then gave up her paying job to help her daughter operate a Bed and Breakfast, The Cinnamon Inn, in Mount Dora, Fl. for 10 years . Carole’s famous cinnamon rolls were now available to our guests. After that exciting experience she moved back to Tallahassee for her remaining years. She loved baking, gardening, sewing, America and most of all Jesus.
She was predeceased by both of her sons, Charles Sasser of Ft Walton Beach, Fl and Harry Sasser of Oak Hill, Fl.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Sasser of Marianna Fl., and sisters, Dean LaFleur of Tallahassee, Fl and Linda Mills of Panama City, Fl.
Funeral service will be held Feb 5 at 11:00 at Morningside Church 1560 Pedrick Rd, Tallahassee, Fl with graveside service at Bethel Baptist Church in Graceville, Fl.
